Les amandes douces et am\u00e8res que nous utilisons pour la pr\u00e9paration de ce biscuit sont de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 et s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es \u00e0 la main afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute impuret\u00e9. Elles sont d\u2019origine italienne, principalement des Pouilles, tendres, savoureuses et riches en huiles essentielles qui caract\u00e9risent leur parfum.
