A meticulous search for suppliers, which we have been conducting for many years, has allowed us to select reliable manufacturers for our raw materials, ensuring consistent quality over time. Each of our ingredients must be of the highest quality to blend well with all the others and result in a product with a harmonious flavor.

Choice

Each ingredient has always been selected with the specific product in mind for which it is to be used. In products like ours, where one ingredient takes center stage (for example, almonds in ricciarelli), if we don’t prioritize quality, the product will inevitably be subpar. We simply cannot afford that.

Origin

We source our ingredients from a variety of places because we want to select only the best: such as almonds from Puglia, candied fruit from a trusted partner who uses only traditional candying methods, Ceylon cinnamon, and eggs and honey, all chosen from Italian producers we trust.

Flavor

The taste of our products is the result of the choices we make. These choices take time and sometimes require effort, but they bring us great satisfaction in being able to offer you products we stand behind 100%. Good things never happen by chance; we know this all too well.
